As a graduate of Columbia International University, John has been helping families get the most out of their retirement through proven strategy and planning for every possible outcome. Helping John provide the utmost care to his clients is his Assistant, Sharon Jacobs, who is a licensed agent in charge of customer service and often speaks at educational seminars.

About Sharon Jacob
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Sharon Jacob moved to Rock Hill in 2000 with her family. A proud graduate of Lewisville High School, class of 2005, Sharon has been married for over 13 years and has one daughter.
Sharon began her journey with Gateway Retirement in January 2022, initially as an administrative assistant. Her dedication and enthusiasm for working with people soon led her to become a licensed agent. Grateful for the opportunity to learn the business, Sharon aspires to one day take over Gateway Retirement, a goal she is steadily working towards.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and playing card and board games. She also loves exploring the beach and mountains.
